So to cap off my answer here and without being further long winded, we all know love because somewhere in the Yes I am old but I saw David Bowie on stage shirt but in fact I love this crevices of our mind, we know exist a tiny spark. This spark is extremely hot to touch, very unyielding and difficult to suppress if we allow it to take control over our lives. It’s there, no matter how much love we may have for our partners, our siblings, our children, friends and neighbours. Some people are just better at disguising it than others. Others are just better at ignoring it than others. Froce is never a way to like something. You can compare it with a chinese fingertrap. The harder you pull, the more stuck you get. It’s only when you relax and accept your “bondage” that the trap releases it’s grip. Therefore it’s not about forcing yourself to like it. You have to accept that this is where you are right now, and make the best out of it. If you are incapable of accepting where you are right now, you need to act. Find another job, start a study towards what you want. Do something. You always have a choice. This does not mean that it has to be easy, and a transition often include some turbulence, but if your will is there – there’s a way. Whatever causes clinical depression certainly affects everyone according to certain patterns. Depression can cost all feelings, but mostly affects feelings of kindness toward self. The libido is depressed and so is the immune system. One of the worst aspects is people lose their memory: Previous achievements; previous periods of happiness, previous periods of wellness, and previous high esteem for self. All these losses contribute to feelings of worthlessness.
